Believe

believeThe other day I uploaded to Redbubble “Believe”, a digital work I created last year that depicts the Crucifixion of Jesus and two thieves on Golgotha. I have already received some comments about this work which is pleasing. Comments about one’s work is always a positive even if the comments themselves are not always encouraging. Artists must expect all kinds of remarks ¬†when they put their work in the public domain. At least people have seen your work and have taken the time to make a response. Always remember that a bad review of an art exhibition will result in as many visitors as a good one (if not more)!

To create this image I built three crosses and set them up in such a way that the two outside were slightly facing the middle cross. The letter “I” lines up directly under the middle cross and acts as a subtle ¬†vertical extension.
