abstract tiles

Today’s image is a selection of cropped squares from a series of coloured pencil abstracts I have completed featuring patterns from Launceston’s Cataract Gorge.

The arrangement was done quickly and I’m sure that there are many other combinations that would make “visual sense”.

What is interesting though is the “commercial” viability of such “tiles”. This proves that abstract art can be used in a number of ways other than hanging from walls!
