Over the next week I will post a selection of my 2009 coloured pencil drawings that I consider to be my favourites. These may not qualify as my best work, but I enjoyed each of them for a variety of reasons. I cannot show you the drawing I do consider my best for 2009 at this point in time, but I promise to post a photo of it later.
Today’s image is Big Hook, Bad Slice, and was all about the fear that all weekend golfers have, that they could easily slice or hook their golf shots at any time. I can testify to this from bitter personal experience! The surreal part of this drawing is that there is no obvious visual connection with the game of golf.
