Another day, a little more detail.

I have commenced to ‘drag’ the patterns from the rocks down to the bottom of the composition.

For variation I have included two vertical sticks to break the repetitive nature of the pattern’s rhythm.

I am using Goldenrod (Prismacolor) for the background.

This drawing celebrates the patterns that can be found in the landscape on both two-dimensional and  three-dimensional surfaces.

I will publish a ‘finished’ photo of this drawing tomorrow along with the first instalment of “Paying Commission”.
