I have commenced another abstract in my ‘Salamanca Series’, but without the ‘red line’ that has been the focus of attention in the first three drawings.
This drawing has a number of ‘landscape’ elements. The usual red line has been replaced with a shaft of light, that is wider at the bottom, than at the top. This is to give a basic perspective feel.
I am using both Polychromos and Prismacolor pencils on Canson pastel board.
Tomorrow: Why join an art group?
