A few more days have passed and I’ve managed to advance my latest drawing to the stage where I can now see what is happening.
The rejection of my large abstract for this year’s Glover Prize has seen my enthusiasm for this drawing wane somewhat. There is still quite a deal left to do, but that will have to wait until I feel inspired.
I becoming increasingly restless with our departure date looming ever so closer. I have decided to leave my packing until next month and in the meantime try and produce a drawing or two to add to the small collection that I am taking to Queensland.
I have commenced another ‘rusty mug’ drawing and I’ll post an update when I have added sufficient colour to give the drawing some sense of meaning.
