Some 329 klms south of Darwin lies the Katherine Gorge, a must-see place if you visit the Northern Territory.

I took loads of photos and have published a small selection today.

I intend to produce a series of drawings from my visit.

This week I have been working diligently on my entry for next year’s Glover Prize. This is a highly structured drawing, one that demands a lot of respect and patience. It’s quite a slow process (for me), but I am enjoying the challenge and aim to complete this artwork by the end of the month.

There will be another update (number 4) this coming Saturday.

Friday: A report from my art class at Atherton that I conducted last Saturday.
