The Cataract Gorge in Launceston, Tasmania, is one of Australia’s most stunning natural wonders. The Gorge’s close proximity to the city has resulted in thousands of visitors each year.

This special place has been important to me and today I want to share with you a group of 3 drawings that I completed that were inspired by some of the rock patterns to be found there.

The drawings are each 20 cm square on Canson pastel board using Prismacolor pencils.
