It was time for a new business card so I set about designing something different to promote my artwork.

I decided to feature my award-winning painting “Silence at the Table” next to my contact details. I had 1,000 printed and I’m very pleased with the finished product.

The card is black (90mm x 55mm), the white surround is only for highlighting purposes.

If you decide to take your artwork outside your studio, therefore promoting what you do, then you must have a business card. Why?

A card about you tells people who you are and what you do. It also enables them to view your work because it tells them where your work can be seen (website, art group site, blogsite, studio contact details etc).

You don’t have to give too much information, just enough to get them interested.

As you can see, my details are few, but sufficient.

A business card is part of a promotional package that all artists should have.

More to follow.

This is a message to the admin. I discovered your “NEW BUSINESS CARD Artkleko's Weblog” page via Google but it was hard to find as you were not on the front page of search results. I see you could have more visitors because there are not many comments on your website yet. I have found a website which offers to dramatically increase your rankings and traffic to your site: I managed to get close to 1000 visitors/day using their services, you could also get lot more targeted traffic from search engines than you have now. Their free trial and brought significantly more visitors to my site. Hope this helps 🙂 Take care.
