Last weekend I had the pleasure of conducting a 2-day coloured pencil workshop with 12 members of the Colour Circle group.
It was a wonderful experience and I have included some examples of the work produced.
Day 1. was quite intense as the members explored a variety of supports and techniques. Some of the exercises morphed into finished drawings, which was an unexpected bonus.
Before the end of the day the emphasis was on tackling a “major” piece of work.
Day 2. began with completing or continuing the previous afternoon’s artwork. Some members managed a second piece before the day’s end.
I do enjoy teaching highly motivated and passionate people!

Sounds like a great workshop – its wonderful to get people who are motivated to extend their skills and are really keen to learn. Well done for inspiring these artists.
Thanks, Gerry. It was a great workshop with highly motivated participants.
